030: Scarface

I’ve never particularly enjoyed villain-protagonist films, but Scarface in general just felt completely excessive to me. It was a masterpiece of filmmaking and acting, I’ll never deny it, but Tony Montana was a one-note character who exhibited 0 growth throughout the film. He started as an angry, abusive asshole, and ended as an angry, abusive asshole.
